I'VE SIGNED UP.....
no not to the Army but to Race for Life 5km run this summer. I decided that I wanted to get fit and do something for charity as well so what better way than to sign up for this race. I am going to be running in Basingstoke at the end of June. I have been training all this week and have felt better for it. I will update as things progress. xx

Good on you :) I couldn't run for a bus myself but never did enjoy running but I admire those who do, let me know if you need sponsoring

You go girl!! My boss ran his firt marathon at age 50!! he is 60 now & still running them! I truly admire you also!
